You are a confident communicator with a talent for building and nurturing relationships. You understand the value of creative services and enjoy connecting clients with ideas that matter. Your role is both strategic and hands-on — identifying opportunities, managing leads, and helping shape our business development approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals and support pitches
• Collaborate with strategy and design teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client services
• Background in creative industries is a strong plus
• Structured, self-driven, and fluent in English (German a plus)
